Project Description

This mid-century Dallas home had been previously renovated but was ready for a new life as a short-term rental. Emerald Bee Interiors was brought in to develop a cohesive, personality-filled design that leaned into the home’s mid-century roots while balancing durability and budget. The scope included space planning for existing furniture, sourcing new contract-grade pieces and decor, and assisting with room-by-room budgeting to ensure a smart, stylish investment for the property’s next phase.

As a design-only project, Emerald Bee Interiors provided comprehensive documentation for client implementation. Inspired by the vibrancy of Jonathan Adler’s Ruggable collaboration, the design embraced bold geometry, playful color, and modern comfort—creating a space that feels polished yet welcoming, and perfectly suited for a memorable guest experience.
